The main building hosts all apartments
The other building hosts the shared areas

  • the group kitchen
  • the meals room
  • the communicating patio (120 sq.mt.) with garden view
  • the seminar hall (80 sq.mt.) on first floor.


The exclusive villa rental includes the use of:

  • all holiday apartments in the main building
  • the large kitchen, its equipment and crockery. Abasic household starter sample (detergents) is initially provided.

With the exclusive villa rental the main kitchen is the large one in the second building. Hot/cold food facilities in the apartments are meant for snack purposes only.

  • the swimming pool, the garden and its furnishings

  • the outdoor covered parking (6 vehicles)
  • free broadband Wi-Fi in CHAMPAGNE and BLU apartments and the shared areas

We will be pleased to offer a complimentary 'welcome aperitif' to all Guests checking in before 7PM.
During this event we will show you the property and give you all necessary villa and local information.

Our private, chlorine-free swimming-pool

  • has sea-like water
  • is especially suited for children and people with allergies
  • measures 11x6x190
  • is usually open May 1st-October 31st, weather permitting
  • is surrounded by pleanty tended green areas with garden furnishings for outdoor eating and relaxation.

The person in charge at the villa lives in an idependent apartment and is available for help and local info.

Please note that Villa Podernovo rental costs as special events location are different.

It is essential that guests who wish to organize an event at Villa Podernovo during their stay ask for written approval at the time of booking, specifying the exact date and timing of the event.

Villa Podernovo has its own cook and catering services.
Would guests prefer a cook and catering services different than the villa's, they are kindly requested to inform us in writing at the time of booking, providing their names and contacts.

Guests are also kindly requested to make sure that services other than the villa's contact us in due time before the event in order to be able to discuss with us the use of the property’s both indoors and outdoors areas.

Guests who have not booked accommodation at Villa Podernovo and who want to attend the event must be notified us before the event date.
