If you plan to hold an event with us, we will record the specifics of the event, date, number of guests, details of guest rooms and budget. We also collect information about the guests who are part of your group or event. If you visit us as part of a group, we may request your personal information from the group and may send you marketing information with your express consent following your stay with a group or participation in an event. If you visit us as part of an event, we may share your personal information with the event organisers. If you are an event organiser, we may also share information about your event with third party service providers who may send you marketing information about event services.

2) Information we collect from third parties

We may also collect information about you from third parties, including information from our partners (wedding planners, portals and websites, travel agencies) and other partners; from social media services consistent with your settings on those services; and from third party sources. The purpose of data processing is
to manage customer relations (managing bookings, issuing invoices, quotes), to perform any contractual obligations, to manage litigation and as well as to fulfil regulatory obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations in a variety of ways, for example to provide and personalise the services you request and expect from PODERNOVO DI MONTICIANO AZIENDA AGRICOLA S.R.L. in the case of booking your hotel stay, to offer you the level of hospitality expected in your room and as described below in more detail:

3b) electronic receipt programme

If you make a booking for another person using your own email address, the e-receipt for that person will be sent to your email address.
We may use your email address to send you, with your prior written consent, our holiday newsletters and greetings.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 7. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA
